Production Executive / Sr. Executive

Role Description As a Production Shift In charge, you will oversee and manage the daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, quality standards, and adherence to deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik. Key responsibilities include supervising the production team, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and coordinating with various departments to achieve production targets. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications :-

• Experience in production management, planning, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards within manufacturing settings.
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under dynamic production environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting tools.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the FMCG or food production sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA ( Production Module ) will be added advantage.

Experience :-

• Should have 4-5 Years experience in Confectionary and wafer biscuits Manufacturing Process.
• Should be well-versed with Production planning and Control, Manpower Planning, OEE Data Analysis.
