Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.2.x suite components.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues across Hyperion components (e.g., Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE).
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to databases (Oracle, SQL Server) supporting the Hyperion environment.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic Server instances supporting EPM services.
  • Monitor system performance, perform regular health checks, and tune for optimal performance.
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users and other IT teams.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support as needed for incident resolution.
  • Maintain a proactive approach toward customer satisfaction, demonstrating effective communication and follow-up skills.
  • Participate in incident management, system testing, and upgrades as part of scheduled maintenance or project initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with installation, upgrade, patching, and administration of Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.2.x.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Hyperion EPM components.
  • Solid knowledge of database administration and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting Oracle WebLogic.
  • Proven experience in handling customer incidents and providing clear communication.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with EPM automation tools and scripting (Batch, Shell, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Exposure to cloud-based EPM solutions is a plus.
