Production Quality Technician

Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. It also involves building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. The role includes auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards, as well as reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. The work is closely supervised, and the problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. The role involves explaining facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.

• Diploma (or) Bachelor's degree in EEE (or) Mech, (If its Diploma 4 years exp is required and if its Bachelor 2 years)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically related to Manufacturing and Quality

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawing and GD&T

• Experience with Inspection tool, like calipers gages and CMM.

• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, RCA, 5 Why's, 5S

• Knowledge of QMS standards

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
