Moulding Supervisor
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience with Iron Casting Foundry Background (Green Sand Mould).
- Qualification: D.M.E & B.E (Mech).
- Salary based on our Standard (Approximately Gross Salary From Rs. 22000/- to Rs. 27000/-)
- To organize the molding activities based on daily production plan.
- To ensure sand and mold preparation as per parameters laid out in work instruction.
- To ensure mold production as per targets set out by MRM.
- To ensure quality of the castings as per requirements.
- To maintain records related to molding.
- To coordinate with melting department and ensure required quantity and quality of metal in time.
- To maintain the traceability of the castings by providing heat code on castings attend weekly production meeting and present records and statistics related to quality and quantity of castings produced.
- Maintain and ensure for Shop Floor 5S
