Job Roles & Responsibilities

Production

Operate and monitor power plant equipment

Maintain production targets with optimal efficiency

Record and analyze operational data

Maintenance

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery

Ensure safety compliance in plant operations

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns

Quality

Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks

Implement quality standards and SOPs

Assist in audits and documentation

Clerical / Office Support

Manage data entry and administrative tasks

Maintain records, reports, and office supplies

Support internal communications and coordination

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (for Production, Maintenance, Quality)

Any Graduate / 12th Pass (for Clerical Roles)

Experience: 010 Years

Good communication and team coordination skills

Willingness to relocate across plant locations
