Job Description

Production Process PlannerIn this role, you will be responsible for providing the operational support to the Production Engineer (PE). You will execute projects and tasks in consultation with the PE. You will maintain existing working methods and support in development/implementation of new working methods.
Your responsibilities:Plans work processes and work sequences, selects the corresponding equipment, determines standard times in the value stream Is responsible for creating and maintaining the technical conditions for ensuring the smooth operational flow of added value in the value stream Makes recommendations for in-house and external production based on calculated costs Is responsible for the implementation of adaptations of operating equipment, processes, NC programs; both in series production and for new products and changesParticipates in the implementation of projects to fulfil quality requirementsPlans and optimizes the equipment in the assigned value stream in coordination with the PE and leaders in the value streamCreates production plans and flow chartsSupports the purchase of new machines and equipment by considering the latest manufacturing and/or machining technologiesProvides all information which are necessary for the execution of an operation/work sequence (technical documentation, NC program, assembly instructions, work sequence chart, OIS, SWC, etc.)Checks production documents for feasibility and releases them in accordance to ISO standards documentationLeads and/or guides projects regarding operational projects (e.g. technical projects, optimization projects) based on analyses Is responsible for the operational design of the workplaces according to MTM, line balancing, Poka-yoke etc...Plans and maintains Tool Stores as per the defined Safety and Desired stock levels which is required for all Value Streams Continuously monitor and take appropriate actions to improve productivity, increase tool life and reduce tool costsProvide training and awareness to operators about the tools/holders Supports the development and introduction of new processes and standardsMakes suggestions to reduce costs or to improve ergonomicsSupports the production engineer / value stream manager according to the implementation of improvement measures.
Our requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 7+ years or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.Very good Communication skills.Ability to work individually and in an international team.
