Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and resultsdriven professional to support our construction operations through effective planning, quality control, and capacity management. The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality control at all stages of construction activities by monitoring workmanship, materials, and processes
- Support production planning to align project schedules with site execution and resource availability
- Perform capacity planning to optimize workforce, equipment, and material utilization
- Assist in overall construction management, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and safety norms
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve site issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain reports related to quality, progress, and planning metrics
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and construction standards
- Familiarity with planning, scheduling, and capacity optimization
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in sitebased and fastpaced environments
