Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
- Process Optimization
- Analyze workflow and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Material & Resource Management
- Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Track machine and manpower utilization to optimize resource allocation.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production protocols.
- Support audits and implement corrective actions for non-conformists.
- ERP & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP).
- Prepare production reports, downtime logs, and performance metrics.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with design, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Education: BE/DIPLOMA Mechanical Engineer
Experience:Production planning: 3 years (Required)
