Job Description
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements
Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, sewing and finishing teams
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, trims and accessories
Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain production reports, WIP (Work in Progress) and line planning
Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency
Line balancing and capacity planning
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Improve productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize manpower utilization
Implement lean manufacturing practices
