Job Title: PPC Engineer PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and material requirements as per project timelines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze fabrication drawings and determine material and manpower requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Track project progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
- Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to minimize delays and wastage.
- Ensure timely release of cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders.
- Maintain and update ERP / Excel-based dashboards for planning and tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and project deliveries.
- Support management in forecasting, capacity planning, and production analysis.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication and erection processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project.
- Good understanding of steel manufacturing / fabrication planning.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
