Job Description

This role is for a Production Planning and Control (PPC) professional to manage the manufacturing process in a company specializing in jackets and bags. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring that all operations are efficient and meet demand.

Key Activities

  • Production Planning: Determine production schedules, quantities, and resource allocation.
  • Material Planning: Plan and procure raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Capacity Planning: Ensure production capacity meets demand.
  • Scheduling: Create detailed production schedules and timelines.
  • Monitoring and Control: Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective action.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a jacket and bag manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC) strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and Production Scheduling Software.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong ability to track production progress and manage timelines.
