Key Responsibilities:
- Furniture Manufacturing Outsourcing Knowledge
- Identify, evaluate, and manage outsourced furniture manufacturing partners across Jaipur and nearby regions.
- Coordinate production schedules, quality checks, and timelines with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality parameters, and delivery commitments.
- Knowledge of Furniture, Raisins, Inlays, and Manufacturing at Minimum Cost
- Deep understanding of furniture materials, raisin-based finishes, resin applications, wood types, and inlay techniques.
- Ability to assess cost-effective production methods without compromising quality.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate cost, optimize material usage, and streamline manufacturing processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement, from vendor identification to final delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new materials, innovations, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain documentation, production reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate with design, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
- Improve vendor performance through consistent follow-up and evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, sourcing, or production management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of wood, resin, inlay materials, and finishing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple production lines.
- Strong analytical mindset and cost-management ability.
- Salary: Based on experience and industry standards.
Work Environment:
Primarily on-site in Jaipur with visits to partner workshops and manufacturing units.
