Production Operator Trainee

Role Summary:

The Production Operator Trainee will support the manufacturing process of plastic masterbatches by operating machinery, monitoring production activities, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery such as extruders, mixers, and pelletizers.
• Monitor production parameters and ensure consistent masterbatch quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or process-related issues.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during production.
• Assist in routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support senior operators in daily production operations and learn end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Plastics & Polymers from a recognized institute.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and production workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple mechanical issues.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
