  • To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution fives activities keeping production floors clean tidy,
  • Process adherence for Extrusion and Molding.
  • To maintain quality, minimize lead time.
  • To control batch yield avoid wastages on shop floor,
  • Impose shop floor discipline,
  • Record maintain on batch cards, shift report,
  • Shift communication within team members.
