Job Title: Production Merchandiser (Apparel & Home Furnishing)
Location: Sector 63, Noida | Full-Time
Role Summary
We are hiring a Production Merchandiser responsible for end-to-end execution of production orders across:
Women's Apparel (Export)
Home Furnishing & Home Textiles
This role is execution-focused ensuring orders move on time through consistent follow-ups, vendor control, and accurate tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Execution
- Manage orders from confirmation to final dispatch
- Break down orders into clear timelines and daily progress
- Ensure production moves as per schedule without delays
2. Vendor Follow-up & Control
- Handle multiple vendors across North India
- Do daily follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, visits if needed)
- Ensure vendors adhere to committed timelines
- Identify delays early and take corrective action immediately
3. Accountability & Tracking
- Maintain order-wise tracking with clear deadlines
- Ensure no task is missed everything is followed up until closure
- Keep real-time visibility of production status
4. Data Discipline
Maintain accurate records of:
- Order status
- Production stages
- Dispatch timelines
- Use Excel or tracking systems to monitor and report daily progress
5. Quality & Coordination
- Ensure required quality standards are met
Coordinate with:
- Design
- Sampling
- Logistics teams
What We're Looking For
- 25 years experience in:
- Women's apparel production (export preferred)
- Home furnishing / home textile production
- Strong experience working with vendors in North India
- Good command of Excel and production tracking
- Comfortable with frequent follow-ups and ground coordination
Candidate Fit (Very Important)
- You are consistent with follow-ups not dependent on reminders
- You understand vendors delay and you actively prevent it
- You are detail-oriented and process-driven
- You can handle multiple orders without losing control
Performance Expectation:
- Orders are delivered on or before committed timelines
- Minimal follow-up gaps or missed updates
- Clear, accurate, and updated production tracking at all times
- Vendor delays are identified early and controlled
