Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Production Manager (Woven Apparel - Cut to Pack) at RK Exports, located in Karur, Tamil Nadu, you will oversee end-to-end production processes for woven apparel. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, interacting with various departments such as dyeing, weaving, and stitching, and driving process improvements to meet quality and efficiency goals. The position also involves coordinating with clients, supervising workforce operations, and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with industry certifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production processes including cutting, sewing, and final packing for woven apparel
• Experience in quality control, workflow management, and compliance with industry certifications
• Proven ability to handle cross-functional coordination among departments like dyeing, weaving, and stitching
• Effective leadership, team management, and workforce supervision skills
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and timely delivery management
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement
• Knowledge of Home Textiles and woven fabric manufacturing processes is preferred
• Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication skills
• A degree or diploma in textile production, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage
