Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production processes. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, supervising team performance, maintaining equipment, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving operational targets within set deadlines.

• Strong operational and production management skills, including experience with production scheduling and process optimization.
• Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate the production team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality control and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with production management software or tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced certifications are an asset.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
