Weare looking for a responsible and proactive Production In-charge to oversee daily production operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, productivity, and safety standards within the warehouse and production unit
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the production team to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the Repairing In-charge for material flow, status updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of materials received, issued, and movement (inward & outward).
- Monitorand ensure daily cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents and ensure safety compliance.
- Oversee dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Trackand manage employee attendance, leaves, and overall behaviour/discipline on the floor of departments like assembling, dispatch, repairing, 0ow
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Report daily production status and issues to management
Requirements:
- Education: BE in Electronics / Diploma in Electronics (Mandatory)
- Experience: 6-10+ years in production/warehouse operations (electronics industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Goodcoordination and communication abilities
- Basicknowledge of inventory and reporting systems
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadline
