Objectives of this Role
- Manage production schedules for on-time completion
- Take an active role in factory production planning
- Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact the production schedule
- Manage shipping schedules for on-time delivery
- Coordinate with the sales team for delivery dates
Responsibilities
- Create and manage WIP reports for tracking development
- Provide status reports to the direct manager
- Drive the development process
- Partner with the design team for product development approval
- Partner with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameters
- Track development milestones to meet established deadlines
Required skills and qualifications
- 10 – 15 years of experience in production
- B.E. – Engineering
- Proficiency in PC applications and ERP/SAP systems
