Job Summary:

We are excited to hire an experienced Production Manager for our Collar Knitting unit! This role is perfect for someone passionate about production planning, inventory control, labor management, and ensuring smooth operations through strict adherence to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor collar knitting production to meet daily and monthly targets

Ensure effective inventory management of yarn, accessories, and finished goods

Implement, monitor, and audit SOPs across production processes

Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and process standards

Manage labor allocation, productivity, attendance, and discipline

Coordinate with stores, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow

Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare production and inventory reports for management review

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in inventory management and production planning

Sound knowledge of SOP implementation and audit processes

Effective labor management and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory

Problem-solving and decision-making capability

Basic computer skills (Excel, production reports)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Textile, Production, or relevant field

Preferred Industry Experience:

Knitting / Garment Manufacturing / Textile Industry
