Production Manager

Our client, a leading industrial packaging company with multiple production units across India and global partnerships, is looking for an experienced Production & Operations Engineer to manage project execution and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure on-time completion of all production projects

Maintain BOM & Drawing (DWG) tracking and documentation

Coordinate with QC to ensure production as per approved drawings

Monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities

Prepare weekly production reports

Conduct monthly tools & machinery training

Plan warehouse shifts & manpower to reduce overtime

Share container stuffing plans with customers

Support design, costing & BOM preparation for customer enquiries

Ensure timely onsite packing and lashing activities

Candidate Profile

B.Tech / BE Mechanical (Preferred)

810 years experience in Production / Operations

Experience in Industrial Packaging preferred

Age 3045 years

Candidate should be willing to stay near Mandideep
