Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end production operations in a panel manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication unit.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities
Manage production of electrical panels and sheet metal components
Ensure adherence to production schedules, targets, and dispatch timelines
Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, bending, punching, welding, and assembly
Coordinate with design, stores, purchase, QA/QC, and dispatch teams
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO and internal SOPs
Optimize manpower utilization and improve productivity
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper machine maintenance and safe working practices
Maintain production records, MIS reports, and documentation
Desired Skills Competencies
Strong knowledge of panel manufacturing and sheet metal processes
Hands-on experience with fabrication machinery and shop floor operations
Leadership and team management skills
Production planning control (PPC) expertise
Knowledge of quality standards, safety norms, and EHS practices
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
