Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly volume and quality targets.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor all production processes and adjust operational parameters to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
• Manpower Management: Allocate manpower effectively, oversee shift operations, and ensure proper training for team members.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain food safety standards and quality control measures across all production activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives using TQM, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cost Control: Monitor cost parameters and work toward cost-effective production without compromising quality.
