Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Manager based in Gurugram, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage a team of production staff, ensure quality standards are met, and optimize efficiency and productivity in the production processes. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee production staff and processes
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Knowledge of quality assurance, safety, and hygiene standards in food production
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to improve production efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the bakery or food production industry is preferred
