The Production Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading a compact team within the manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production operations. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing performance metrics, implementing Lean methodologies, ensuring adherence to specifications, and developing financial and operational plans aligned with business objectives. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality products and services through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership.
Your role:
Supervise and lead a compact team of skilled operators, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
Develop and manage financial forecasts and annual operating plans to support informed decision-making and alignment with organizational goals.
Drive manufacturing performance by optimizing key metrics such as productivity, equipment utilization, efficiency, and cost of non‑quality.
Ensure operators are fully trained and compliant with production processes, work instructions, and Health & Safety requirements.
Maintain strict adherence to specifications, standard operating procedures, and tools used across the production process.
Implement Lean methodologies and actively support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to improve flow, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance.
Prepare, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality product and service delivery.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve workflows and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor team members, supporting employee selection, performance management, development planning, and day‑to‑day people leadership.
You are part of The Manufacturing Operations team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across production activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Health & Safety.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
