PANACHE ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and experienced Textile Production Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of textile production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will work closely with the design, procurement, and quality control teams to meet organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all production processes within the textile unit
• Ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining high-quality standards
• Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor production schedules, output, and inventory to meet delivery timelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other internal departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports
• Resolve any production-related issues promptly and efficiently
