Job Description:

We are hiring a Production Manager to supervise factory operations and manage end-to-end production at our Dhulagarh unit. The role involves ensuring smooth production flow, workforce supervision, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations and production activities
• Manage manpower and ensure timely output
• Maintain quality and production efficiency
• Coordinate with management for operational planning
• Ensure discipline and smooth workflow in factory

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in plastic manufacturing industry
• Age: 35 45 years
• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable using Android devices
• Language: Hindi / Bengali (English not required)

Work Details:

• Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
• Location: Dhulagarh Factory (Howrah)
