We're hiring a proactive Operations & Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of hands-on experience in managing event logistics, technical setups, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan event timelines, budgets, and production sheets.
- Coordinate logistics: venue, transport, crew, permissions, and accommodations.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Oversee technical productionsound, lights, staging, and AV.
- Manage on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery.
- Support clients and stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
- Prepare post-event reports and debriefs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Event Management or related field.
- 1012 years of experience in large-scale event production.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred:
- Experience with corporate events, brand activations, or public shows.
- Knowledge of production ecosystem.
- Multilingual abilities and familiarity with safety/permit protocols.
