Role Overview:

As a Production Manager at our egg processing plant, you will play a pivotal role in leading our production team to ensure the seamless operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality control standards, managing the supply chain, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to enhance production output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the production team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our egg processing plant.

- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards through rigorous quality control procedures.

- Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and seamless production flow.

- Manage inventory levels efficiently to meet production demands while minimizing waste.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production output and address cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the dairy or food processing industry, preferably in a managerial role. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and effectively manage production schedules.

- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and inventory management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

- Proficient in analytical thinking and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.

- FSSC 22000 experience is beneficial.

- Prior work experience in egg processing (egg powder manufacturing) or dairy industry (milk powder plant) is desirable.
