Description

The Head – Fasteners Division will be responsible for leading and managing the fasteners product line, driving strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence within the division.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the fasteners division to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from development to launch and post-launch performance.
• Oversee sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the fasteners market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure product excellence.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor the fasteners division team to foster a high-performance culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the fasteners industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fasteners materials, manufacturing processes, and applications.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing strategies within the manufacturing sector.
