Job Responsibilities
Overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement. It includes following aspects specially:
Process Management, Quality Control, Team Leadership, Resource Allocation, Production Planning, Continuous Improvement, Safety , Cost Management, Reporting and Analysis, Product Development, Stakeholder Communication, Environmental Sustainability, Risk Management, Project Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in the field (e.g. Mechanical / Plastic/ Biomedical Engineer or Quality and Production related discipline). Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in production Process and Development area specially at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing of Surgical devices like dialysis catheters central venous catheters will be preferred. Fresher candidate may also apply if having strong academic knowledge of job role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations and methodologies (e.g. ISO, USFDA, Six Sigma, Lean etc)
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in knowledge of various machines operations involved in Production process.
