About the role/Job overview:

As a production head, you would provide solutions to issues related to Production, Quality

& Manufacturing units. Look for best alternatives of the existing processes, raw materials and packaging material. Incumbent will operate with expertise to support the demand team in fulfilling fluctuating demand as per market needs.

Work along with New Product Development that helps in expansion into new categories and products as well as improvement in current portfolio. Create Systems and processes that will meet the objective of FTR (First Time Right), Cost parameters and OTIF (On Time In Full delivery) benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing project and resource requirements & planning accordingly.

Determining quality control standards & building process for scaling the system to 3x

Plan production schedules and Manage 15 Million + units at 7 manufacturing locations.

Handle 120+ Products and 200 SKUs

Coordination & collaborate with Procurement team & cross functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the funnel: conversion optimization, improving delivery & customer experience

Analyzing Manufacturing Process along with Quality Assurance & Process for quality up-gradation and continuous improvement; working for reducing rejections and improving quality standards.

Continuously benchmark mCaffeine vs competition to identify gaps/ opportunities.

Authorized to prepare, issue and review quality documents (authorized person from next senior level).

Maintenance of MIS, regular meeting for Daily/Monthly production targets to help sr. management in critical decision-making.

Experience & Requirement:

MBA. PG- operations or other equivalent degree

4+ years of experience

Managing a team of 3-4 associates

Travel to production hubs once or twice in a quarter.

Handling production department independently.

Knowledge of basic manufacturing process flow. Aware & control on shop floor activities.

Can make production plan as per Demand requirement.
