Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Production Manager will oversee and manage manufacturing processes to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, managing resources, supervising teams, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role will also involve coordinating with various departments to optimize workflows, meet deadlines, and achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with production planning, resource management, and workflow optimization
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance protocols, safety standards, and compliance regulations
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and expertise in handling production-related challenges
• Proficiency in production management software and tools is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
