Role Description

Legion Energy Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process at its facility located in Bangalore Rural. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation, monitoring production quality, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The Production Manager will also coordinate with suppliers, oversee logistics, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. This is an on-site role that requires hands-on management and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Processes and Resource Optimization
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, Compliance Standards, and Safety Protocols
• Effective Leadership, Team Management and Communication skills
• Problem-Solving, Decision-Making and Process Improvement capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules and deadlines
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Knowledge of industry standards for hardware, connectors, and power transmission systems is a plus
• Knowledge on Engineering industry, CNC/VMC, Profile cutting, assembly etc is preferable
• Proficiency in project management tools and production planning software is advantageous
• Experience working on-site in a manufacturing or industrial environment
