Production Manager (Flexible Packaging)

The Production Manager (Flexible Packaging) will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials. The manager will also analyze production data and implement improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control processes
• Experience and technical knowledge in flexible packaging, digital printing, and associated machinery maintenance
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable
