Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.
1012 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
