Production Line Leader

• Lead production team activities focusing on quality, delivery, efficiency, and safety

• Provide first-line supervision, including team discipline and workforce management

• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly documentation for production execution

• Assemble electrical components including control panels, transformers, breakers, and related units

• Wire harness transformers and other designated electrical components

• Develop, improve, and standardize assembly procedures and workflows

• Ensure compliance with 5S, EHS, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and safety regulations

• Maintain production documentation and support process adherence

• Set up, build, and assemble structures, units, doors, and components

• Drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production optimization

• Ensure adherence to Rockwell Automation quality and safety standards
