Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the daily production activities of rubber products to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep machines and equipment in good working condition.
  • Manage and motivate the production team to achieve productivity goals.
  • Monitor raw material usage and report any shortages or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the production area.
  • Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
  • Identify and resolve any production-related problems promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments such as quality control, procurement, and planning to ensure smooth workflow.
