Job Title : Production Head - MEP
Role Overview The Production Head is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Production Delivery Heads (PDHs). This role ensures smooth
and efficient production delivery processes while maintaining high standards of quality, timely delivery, and operational excellence . The
PH will act as the key point of coordination, ensuring that all PDHs are aligned with organizational goals, performance targets, and strategic
objectives. This position plays a critical role in resource utilization and cross-functional collaboration to achieve production and project
delivery success.
Overseeing resource alignment, driving productivity and production quality , managing employee upskilling initiatives , and facilitating
team rotation for flexibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue, Efficiency and collection
*Ensure achievement of overall revenue and efficiency targets.
*Closely monitor the KPIs performance of all Staff. Ensure the assigned Hrs are as per CPY standard and weekly efficiency monitoring of
each team.
Ensure timely Invoice submission, payment collections , and raise a Notice of variation for additional scope.
*Ensure prompt and accurate data entry in BPMS, Work Hour allocation, and data-driven performance review
Project Management
Oversee and support PDH performances
Review PDH planning and adherence to the same. Ensure that a minimum of 4 weeks planning is done and is being followed.
*Monitor and ensure timely quality project delivery within budget , resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
*Manage the assigned Mega Project as the Project's strategic head and ensure quality delivery within budget.
Defining the execution strategy to meet project objectives efficiently.
Resource Management
Monitor workload balancing and manage resource distribution for optimum performance in coordination with PCH
* Review and approve PDH revenue and resource forecast
Review and approve PDH request for Bench assignments and explore redeployment opportunities.
* Close Monitoring of Prohans Dashboards and ensure minimum 7 Hr Productive Time for each team member.
Implementation of team building activities
Business Growth
* Build a very good rapport with the key existing clients and ensure repeat business.
* Identify clients pain points and explore opportunities for introducing new pinnacle services
Work closely with Growth Vertical Heads to understand the pipeline and align resource planning accordingly.
Share production feedback and support bid efforts when needed.
*Align resource availability and capability with business vertical forecasts
Process Management
* Monitor and support team for strict implementation & compliance of SOP and workflows
Identify and provide feedback on process bottlenecks to ensure consistent delivery across all facilities.
* Close monitoring of KPI performance, monthly report to PCH and implementation of enhancement measures
Stakeholder Engagement
Ensure Key Clients are well managed across the Department
* Participate in meetings with Key clients and ensure excellent client relationships and continuous engagement
Close Coordination and support to assigned RM/BD and key account Managers
Review clients feedback and email sentiment analysis to identify and support the challenging project team.
Support PDH to enhance client feedback
Training & Upskilling Support
* Ensure lessons learnt are promptly implemented in subsequent deliveries, and new lessons learnt are shared with the training team
* Analyse and recommend 2-month training requirements to the training team.
Conduct technical workshops and peer review at least 1 per month
Evaluate and provide feedback on training Efficiency with respect to business and productivity requirements.
Quality assurance
Oversee the Implementation of internal QC processes and audits
Follow up and support PDH to ensure prompt resolution of quality issues.
Promote capture and sharing of challenges, lessons learnt, and mitigation strategies across teams
Coordinate with Technical Heads to ensure deliverables meet local/international codes.
Monitor and enforce adherence to client-specific and statutory standards in production outputs.
Technology & Tools Adoption
Promote the use of PiVDC to increase productivity and quality. Support the R&D team in identifying and implementing enhancements.
Ensure compliance with BPMS guidelines and ensure correct and timely data entry. Monitor compliance through dashboards and escalate
deviations for resolution.
Stay vigilant about the latest market trends and new AI and tech tools, share ideas, support pilot implementation, create awareness in the
team, and promote usage of Grammerly, ChatGPT etc.
Team work and Internal Coordination
Maintain close coordination with peers, teammates, and follow guidelines
Adherence to internal communication protocols
Participation in team reviews and collaboration initia tives
Ensure seamless coordination with Admin, HR, IT, Quality, and Training departments.
Facilitate the resolution of day-to-day support needs impacting production.
Estimation Support
Review and support High value and strategic project Estimate using historical data's and in accordance with Company standard
