Role Overveiw

HKI Media & Services is looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Head who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all brand-related production activities handled by the company.

The Production Head will ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media content, brand shoots, and media deliverables across all brands managed by HKI Media. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills to ensure all creative and marketing deliverables are completed on time, with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Production Management

Oversee the complete production workflow for all brands managed by HKI Media.

Ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media content, brand shoots, and video productions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every project moves from Concept to final delivery smoothly.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Manage and supervise the digital marketing, social media, and content creation teams.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure smooth communication between the creative team, production team, and client servicing teams.

Asset and Delivery Management

Ensure all creative assets, videos, designs, and campaign materials are collected and delivered on time.

Maintain proper documentation, project timelines, and asset management systems.

Verify that all deliverables meet the brand guidelines and campaign requirements before final submission.

Shoot & Content Production

Oversee shoot planning, execution, and post-production coordination for brand projects.

Ensure production teams have the necessary resources, schedules, and briefs for smooth shoot execution.

Quality Control & Process Management

Ensure high-quality production standards across all deliverables.

Implement systems to streamline workflow, track project progress, and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

Strong project management and production coordination skills

Excellent team management and leadership ability

Understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and video production workflows

Ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communication, or related field

36 years of experience in production management, agency operations, or media production

Prior experience in creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, or media companies is preferred
