Production Foreman

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Foreman based in Paddhari. The Production Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring workflows are efficient and meet quality standards. Core tasks include managing and coordinating production activities, implementing production plans, supervising team members, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality control standards. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to meet production deadlines and optimize resources effectively.

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and lead production teams effectively
• Experience in production planning and production management to ensure smooth operations and achieve targets
• Proficiency in quality control to maintain high production standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and other departments
• Ability to resolve operational challenges with problem-solving skills
• Relevant technical education or certifications in production management or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in nonwoven fabrics or similar manufacturing industries is an advantage
