Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Executive to oversee daily production operations at our Kundli (Sonipat) facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing assembly-line or conveyor-based production, strong knowledge of materials and packaging processes, and the ability to lead and build a productive team.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet output, quality, and
efficiency targets
- Monitor and manage assembly line or conveyor-based production activities.
- Implement and maintain best manufacturing practices to optimize production
flow.
Team Management
- Manage production staff and allocate work schedules effectively.
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members as per requirement.
- Ensure smooth coordination and resolve workforce-related issues on the floor.
Material & Packaging Handling
- Ensure availability and proper handling of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and maintain material discipline in the plant.
- Apply knowledge of shrink wrapping, taping, packaging, and final dispatch readiness.
Process Control & Documentation
- Support basic PPC (Production Planning & Control) activities including daily planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain documentation related to production output, material usage, and
workforce management.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth
production flow.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain workplace hygiene, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 25 years in production, preferably in paper, tape packaging,
footwear packaging, or motor parts packaging industries.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Assembly line or conveyor system operations
- Material handling and usage
- Shrink-wrapping, packaging methods, basic PPC
