- Assist in the execution of daily production activities as per the production schedule
- Monitor operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Stores
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and material usage data
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and other resources for smooth production flow
- Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in the production process
- Support adherence to safety and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members and operators to meet output targets
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial or relevant field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a production environment are eligible
