The group focuses on delivering high-quality guest experiences through premium services, diverse dining options, and modern hospitality standards. Centre Point Hospitality is in a growth phase, with upcoming properties planned in New Mumbai, Raipur, and Goa, offering opportunities for career development within the group.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role located in Centre Point foods Butibori. The Production Executive will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that food products are prepared according to quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with procurement and stores for raw material availability, and monitoring production lines to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, supporting new product trials in coordination with food technologists or chefs, and documenting production data and reports. The Production Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support staff training on standard operating procedures, and assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong production planning and production management skills, with the ability to manage daily operations and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of food technology and food processing standards, preferably with experience in a hospitality or food manufacturing environment.
  • Competence in quality control, including monitoring product consistency, implementing checks, and maintaining safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and on-ground staff.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Production, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, production reporting tools) and comfort with data entry and documentation.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to workflow and process improvement.
  • Prior experience in a production, kitchen operations, or food manufacturing role will be an advantage.
