Qualification: B.Tech / Degree / Diploma

About The Role

We are looking for a Production Executive with a strong façade industry background to manage shop floor production activities, ensure timely execution of work orders, and maintain production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute work instructions according to production schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor production output and follow up on daily schedules on the shop floor.
• Read and understand work orders, technical drawings, and production instructions.
• Manage manpower and achieve defined production targets as per workstation cycle time.
• Identify and resolve technical errors and production-related issues.
• Coordinate with design, site, and production teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are maintained for specific orders.
• Prepare daily production reports and track manhours and output.
• Guide, mentor, and effectively communicate with shop floor workers.
• Resolve technical queries and minimize delays in production flow.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in façade manufacturing or a related industry.
• B.Tech / Degree / Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of façade products and production processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders.
• Experience in manpower management and production planning.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a shop floor environment.
