Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Executive with hands-on experience in the plastic recycling industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations in the plastic recycling plant
- Monitor processes such as sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, and pelletizing
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine uptime and troubleshooting
- Prepare production reports and MIS
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Plastic / Production or related field)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in plastic recycling production (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of recycling processes and machinery
- Good problem-solving and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in extrusion and pelletizing operations
- Knowledge of quality control in recycled plastic materials
- Familiarity with safety and environmental norms
