Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Guwahati. The Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, maintenance and consistent smooth operation of equipment, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, troubleshooting process issues, ensuring meeting SLE and ME targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning to ensure streamlined operations and process optimization.
- Mechanical background is must.
- Beverage industry experience is Must.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Quality Control to maintain product and process standards
- Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields
- Proven experience or internships in production or manufacturing engineering is beneficial
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices is a plus
