We develop indigenous defence technologies for the Indian Armed Forces and now we are looking for a Senior Production Engineering Lead who can transform R&D prototypes into production-ready defence systems.

Your Core Mission
Take a working prototype and build the entire production system around it.
Convert R&D prototypes into stable, production-ready systems Create Process Flows, PFMEA, SOPs and Control Plans Establish repeatable machining processes (Cp/Cpk capability) Lead pilot builds, validation runs and First Article Inspection (FAI) Develop production documentation, traceability and MIL-compliant processes Work closely with design, machining teams and precision vendors
You'll Fit Well If You Have
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing
58 years in defence / aerospace / precision engineering manufacturing
Strong expertise in GD&T, tolerance stack-ups and process capability
Experience with industrializing R&D designs into production
Hands-on exposure to CNC / VMC precision machining environments
