Designation: Production Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Bangalore

Skill: Power BI, SQL and Advance Excel.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or another relevant technical discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Power BI Service for developing dashboards, data models, reports, and data analysis.
• Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas, Dashboards) and Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis, reporting, and production monitoring.
• Support production control activities by maintaining accurate project data, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity across multiple databases.
• Monitor and analyze manpower deployment from subcontractors, including data collection, validation, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project progress reports by comparing Actual vs. Planned quantities and supporting timely decision-making.
• Provide operational support for production control applications and tracking systems across disciplines such as Piping, Steel Structure, and E&I.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency, resolve data-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
