The Role

The Assembly Line Supervisor / Machine Shop supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves managing a team of operators, optimizing workflow, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degress in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly line operations including Servo press based pressing stations, Vision systems.

Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
